Hibiscus tea, also known as “Sour tea” or “Rosella tea,” is a popular herbal tea made from the dried calyces of the hibiscus flower. It has a bright red color and a tangy, fruity flavor that is often compared to cranberry or pomegranate.

In addition to its delicious taste, hibiscus is also packed with health benefits. It is a rich source of antioxidants, which can help protect against oxidative stress and reduce inflammation in the body. It may also help to lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, and support healthy liver function.

Hibiscus can be enjoyed hot or cold, and is often used as a base for fruity iced teas or refreshing cocktails. It is a great option for those looking for a caffeine-free beverage with a unique flavor profile and a range of potential health benefits.
