Our Red Bush herbal tea is a blend of Honeybush and Rooibos, both indigenous to South Africa. It is caffeine-free, making it a great option for those looking for a low-caffeine alternative. This wonderful blend is rich in antioxidants and has a naturally sweet taste.

Honeybush, also known as “heuningbos” in Afrikaans, is a plant native to South Africa and is named for its sweet aroma.

Rooibos, a shrub that also grows in South Africa, has a nuttier taste and is known for its deep red colour and naturally sweet taste.

Together, these two ingredients create a delicious and caffeine-free tea blend that is rich in antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. Our Red Bush blend has soothing properties and may be enjoyed as a calming and relaxing drink.

BREWING SUGGESTION
1 tsp/cup ~ 100ºC ~ 3 min

Place a teaspoon of tea per 240 ml cup into an infuser. Add filtered boiling water and allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
