INGREDIENT
Organic Darjeeling Black Tea
BREWING SUGGESTION
1 tsp/cup ~ 90ºC ~ 3 min
Place a teaspoon of tea per 240 ml cup into an infuser. Add filtered water heated to 90ºC. Do not let the water come to a boil as this can cause the tea to become bitter. Allow to infuse for up to 3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
Darjeeling tea leaves may be re-steeped a second time, letting it steep for 5 minutes.
Note : Darjeeling tea can also be enjoyed with milk and sugar to taste, but purists prefer to drink it without any additions to fully experience its unique flavor.
