BREWING SUGGESTION
1 tsp/cup ~ 90ºC ~ 3 min
Place a teaspoon of tea per 240 ml cup into an infuser. Add filtered hot water and allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
Our Tea Makers note: To make a cold super-infusion for herbal blends, simply add your herbs to cold water and let steep in the fridge overnight, for a refreshing and healthy beverage.
