BREWING SUGGESTION
1 tsp/cup ~ 100ºC ~ 5 min

Place a teaspoon of tea per 240 ml cup into an infuser. Add filtered hot water and allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

To make a cold brew: In a glass jar infuse the tea for 15 minutes in cold water, strain it, just add ice cubes and it’s ready !
