Discovery of pantry insect, identified as possibly ‘Cigarette Beetle’ from base ingredient, blended together in limited batch.

The hazards to consumers
Food infestation. Not directly harmful to humans or pets. Does not bite, sting or spread diseases. Possible allergic reaction.

What consumers should do
Contact us to arrange a refund. Please include photo of tea & expiry date sticker. Once identified as contaminated batch, discontinue use. Freeze the tea to kill the insect, dispose of in your appropriate council bin. Refunds of market price will be issued after confirmation from Majesteas.
